Expedited Shipping (2 - 5 Business Days)  Most Priority shipments are sent through UPS or DHL Express. The exact service depends on the size, weight and shipping address of your order. Packages usually reach their destination in 2-5 business days but occasionally take longer. Over $49 $9.95 - $19.95 Under $49 $24.95

Shipping Surcharge Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.

Discreet Shipping All of our packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as shipping department. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, Dear Rabbits Adult Toys, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging. Returns & Exchanges
Given the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased unless there is a manufacturer defect. As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item within 14 days of your order being received.

For defective items outside of the 14 day initial period, we will assist you in contacting the product's manufacturer directly to find a resolution to your problem.

We measure every sex toy before adding it to our catalog. This assures the items you purchase will have the same measurements as seen on the website.

• Occasionally, manufacturers list incorrect measurements on their packaging, so our measurements may differ from the product package.
• Measurements can vary slightly, especially for veined dildos that are uneven along the shaft (the shafts are not "stick straight").
• Not every toy is perfectly round so the diameter can vary depending on exactly where it was measured along the shaft. We may list measurements as "slightly under" or "slightly over" a certain point because the actual diameter differs depending on the specific location of the tape measure.

Total Length

This is the measurement from top to bottom including any suction cup, testicles, handle, battery compartment, vibration control panel or anything else that may be at the bottom of the shaft.

Insertable Length

This measurement lists the portion of the shaft that can be inserted into the body. In the photo example below, the measurement ends at the testicles because it cannot be inserted past this point. This measurement does not include vibrator battery compartments or handles etc.

Diameter

The diameter is the measurement across the middle of the shaft. Diameter is the measurement directly across from side to side in a straight line. (The tape measure is never wrapped around the circumference or bent around the sides.) Some dildos have a thinner head & wider shaft , so we may list two diameters measured across the top & middle respectively.
