Expedited Shipping ( 2 - 5 Business Days)  Most Priority shipments are sent through UPS or DHL Express. The exact service depends on the size, weight and shipping address of your order. Shipping Surcharge Oversized/overweight items may incur an additional fee for shipping and handling charges. Total shipping cost will be calculated by adding the shipping surcharge fee to the base shipping cost of the item based on its weight.

Returns & Exchanges

As soon as something leaves our warehouse, for health and safety reasons, it is considered used and therefore non-returnable. This includes new items in their original packaging.

We ask you to check all products immediately upon receiving them to ensure that everything is in good working order and that you have received exactly what you ordered. If you find a manufacturer defect in any product we sell, we will replace it with the same item within 14 days of your order being received.

We measure every sex toy before adding it to our catalog. This assures the items you purchase will have the same measurements as seen on the website.

Total Length

This is the measurement from top to bottom including any suction cup, testicles, handle, battery compartment, vibration control panel or anything else that may be at the bottom of the shaft.

Insertable Length

This measurement lists the portion of the shaft that can be inserted into the body. In the photo example below, the measurement ends at the testicles because it cannot be inserted past this point. This measurement does not include vibrator battery compartments or handles etc.
