DearRabbits.com orders are fulfilled from 2 different inventory warehouses, Located in California, USA and Hong Kong, China. If your order includes items from multiple different warehouses you will receive multiple tracking email notifications and delivery dates.
Once an order is placed on DearRabbits.com it will be processed and fulfilled within
24 hours. All orders placed over the weekend will process on the next business day. Estimated delivery times apply to in-stock items only.

All of our packages are shipped in plain brown boxes or bubble packs with the return address marked as shipping department. It will not indicate the origin or contents unless required for international customs purposes. Our business name, Dear Rabbits Adult Toys, is not used anywhere on the outside packaging. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped - usually within 1-2 business days of placing your order.
